FNLL Division Information
Majors (Ages:12 and 11)
● FNLL will follow the Alternate Method Plan B Redraft Option, consistent with Little League Policy, Local League Draft Methods. The complete details of this method can be found in the Rule Book for Little League Baseball at https://www.littleleague.org/. This method outlines a complete redraft of all players for the 2026 Spring Season; there will be no team/roster carry over from Spring 2025.
● Returning Majors players will be entered into the draft pool and be selected to a new team. Evaluation attendance is not necessary if your child played Spring Majors in 2025.
● New Majors candidates (including current 12-year-olds who played in AAA last spring), will be required to attend the Majors evaluation generally scheduled for late February of the respective Spring season.
AAA - (Ages: 11 and 10)
● AAA includes both 11-year-old players who are not drafted onto a Majors team AND all registered 10-year-olds
● 10-year-old players do not need to attend the evaluation in February
● While school district and historical rosters are factored into team placement, competitive balance will also be considered to ensure proper development, safety and fun for our AAA division players
● Final rosters will be approved by the FNLL Player Agent and Board of Directors
AA - Age 9 (“kid pitch”)
Minor A - Age 8 (“machine pitch”)
Minor B - Age 7 (“coach pitch”)
6T - Age 6 (“T-ball”)
5T - Age 5 (“T-ball”)
Note: All divisions (5T through AA) primarily follow a school district team rostering approach. This may vary based on player counts by school, volunteer coaching availability and enrollment variations between Spring and Fall seasons.
