Fairfield National: 4u - 5u T-Ball clinic

Fairfield National Little League (FNLL) is planning to offer a 4-5yo T-Ball clinic this fall for those players who have never played Little League as stepping-stone to help these young players prepare for T-Ball next spring. This will also help parents understand a bit about the FNLL family and our program in the hopes of recruiting potential volunteers before the spring season rolls around.

We are planning to offer a 5-week clinic (Sunday’s only) to help teach the basics of throwing, fielding, catching and hitting. The clinic will start on Sunday, September 15th from 9:00 – 10:00am and run for the next five Sunday’s. the clinic will take place at Highwood (Palamar) park. The goal by the end of the 5 weeks would be to have these young athletes be able to play an intersquad game before they head out for the winter. The cost of the program will be $125.

Since this is a new program, we are going to open 24 slots for players with those registering after the 24 are filled going to a waiting list. If we can secure additional volunteers, we will look to expand the size of the program and tap into the waiting list. If you have any young children who might be interested in baseball, or if you have a neighbor whose child might fit these criteria, please pass along the information and let them know.
