9u Navy Captures Monroe Tournament Championship
Congratulations to the FNLL 9u Navy team as they captured the 2023 9u Monroe Tournament Championship last evening at Beardsley Park in Monroe. The 9u Navy boys overcame a 6-1 deficit, by scoring 8 runs in the bottom of the 4th, to defeat Fairfield American 10-7 and capture the title. The 9u Navy team moves on to the Fairfield tournament which starts this weekend at Tunxis Hill and look to defend our home turf.
Congratulations to the coaches and players on the championship!!!!
