Come out for a discussion lead by former MLB pitcher John Trautwein who is President & Co-Founder of the Will to Live Foundation.    John will share his personal story of losing his son Will to suicide in 2010 with no sign or warning.  To raise awarenss about teen suicide and the challenges our teens face in today's world, John and his wife Susie created the Will to Live foundation.  The foundation's mission is to encourage kids to "talk about it" and serve Life Teammates as they encounter life's sorrows and joys.

Fairfield National 11D wins East Region Championship!

Team Connecticut Fairfield National 11D defeats Pennsylvania 7-3 and wins the East Region Championship!

Our Fairfield National Little League 11D represented Connecticut with a final win on Sunday 8/4 to close out the summer with a bang!  Team Connecticut went 5-0 during the East Region tournament defeating the following New England & Mid Atlantic teams; Rhode Island 8-0, Vermont 10-0, New York 9-0, Maryland 9-0, and in the East Region Championship against Pennsylvania 7-3.  A total of 3 runs were scored against Fairfield National 11D during the entire Regional Tournament of Champions, and 11D went 18-1 throughout the entire summer since District play. WOW!

11D would like to thank all the FNLL Friends and Family for being there every step of the way for the entire summer.  We couldn't have done this without all of your warm wishes and the dedication to make our games no matter how far the fields were.  This has been by far the most memorable summer and the entire team is honored to have had the opportunity to represent both Connecticut and Fairfield proudly and bring home the win!
